Dr Pehling is simply awesome. Very detailed and takes an overall approach reviewing all your symptoms. He takes the time to understand and explain the whys. One session with him and you will know why he is the best!!

I have had TMJ problems for years and wore a mouthguard on my upper teeth. Dr Pehling gave me a lower guard because my jaw and tongue were back. The guard was loose so I went back to have it readjusted. After a few adjustments I think it may be ok. I'm thankful for the persistence to get it right.

You solved my issue. I just needed the correct retainer not the mouth guard my dentist made to replace my retainer. You replaced my 32 year old retainer that broke and there is a huge improvement. I’m very happy. My dentist needs to listen to his patients when they tell him something is not working and is causing pain. Thank you for listening and getting me the retainer I needed.

The purpose of my appointment today was the fitting of a new oral appliance for a sleep apnea.
To accommodate my anatomical variances, much grinding of the polyethylene mouth guard was necessary. As always, Dr. Pehling was most patient, upbeat and conscientious. He spent much time and multiple fittings to ensure the comfort of this appliance.
It’s hard to imagine that sitting in a dental chair, talking back-and-forth, with the sound of drilling in the background, would be enjoyable. But it was.

Very skillful Dr paling is. I even let him give Botox injections in into my jaw but a difference that makes!
